Ambrosi Bowman came to Express Staff Management in September 2009 from University of Phoenix, where she spent 3 years working with students as an academic counselor. Ambrosi has her Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management and hopes to soon achieve her designation as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
In her current role as an Onsite Account Manager, Ambrosi leads a team that manages screening, placement, performance management, and payroll of up to 200 temporary associates. Ambrosi manages her time to include meeting with associates face to face as required in a facility that is open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Her experience working with students translates well in this challenging role requiring tough conversations regarding performance and attendance. Additionally, Ambrosi prepares weekly and monthly reports to report on Express' service level agreements to her client, including benchmarks regarding fill rates and retention.
