Jill Morgan first started her career with The Stoller Group in the fall of 1998. For two years she worked in the Milwaukie Express Employment Professionals office recruiting, screening and filling the customer's needs. She also spent time onsite at one of their largest clients assisting with payroll, screening and the placement of qualified candidates. The next three years were spent as a Benefits Specialist for Xenium. Her role was providing customer service to both the client and employee for all related benefit questions from Medical, Dental, S125 & Unemployment Claims.
After her second child was born, she decided to take some time off to raise her two children. In 2006, she completed her Real Estate Broker License and still holds her active license in Real Estate.
In the spring of 2010, Express Staff Management was excited for Jill to bring her vast HR and business development knowledge to a local manufacturing plant as an Onsite Account Manager. In this role, Jill manages the day to day staffing and employee relations of 50+ associates. She is very enthusiastic and enjoys placing the right candidate in what can become a long term position. She is also a member of the Safety Committee.
In her spare time Jill and her husband spend a lot of time with their two children, whether it's watching their son play basketball, football and baseball or watching their daughter play basketball, soccer and softball. They occasionally try to squeeze in a camping trip or two.
