Jody Naff, phr, Account Development manager

Jody Naff has been with the Stoller Group since January 1997. A graduate of Oregon State University, Jody was able to lend her Spanish-speaking skills to the Salem Express Employment Professionals office as a Staffing Consultant for a year and a half. At that time, she went on to work with Express Staff Management where she has led on-site teams at companies spanning several industries including logistics, inbound and outbound call centers, and manufacturing and technology, including sheet metal fabrication, silicon wafers, and circuit boards.

Jody is currently the Account Development Manager where she is responsible to train new employees, manage additional coverage for clients as needed, head up implementation of new accounts, and develop and retain current accounts and team members. In December 2005, Jody achieved her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and continues to maintain that designation today with continuing education credits.
