jeff picken, onsite account manager

Jeff joined the Express Staff Management team in June 2010 with over 6 years of Human Resource and management experience in the retail industry. Jeff's current focus is servicing the staffing needs and managing associates for a local Metal Injection Molding company. Staffing for this particular group provides Jeff with a variety of candidates across many fields of employment, from engineering to manufacturing; his skills are put to the test as he enjoys connecting quality candidates to positions where they can succeed.

While attending Oregon State University and working in retail management Jeff discovered his strengths in providing great customer service and working with others to build professional relationships.

Jeff is an Oregon native who moved around the Pacific Northwest opening several new retail stores for his past employer and made his way back to Oregon. When Jeff is not spending his free time with his wife and dog you will find him on the golf course trying to lower his handicap.
