Lisa Pyne came to Express Staff Management in 2010 after living in Germany for a couple years. Previous to that she worked for a local publisher as a Production Manager where she utilized her time management skills and customer service with a large client base. She holds a degree in Journalism & Communication from the University of Oregon.
In her role Lisa manages over 150 associates at a local food manufacturing plant. She helps screen, interview and on board all temporary associates ensuring they are well fitted for the various positions offered. She maintains a low turnover rate, tracks weekly & monthly performance of associates and makes a regular appearance on the production floor. One of her main focuses is giving the client the necessary reporting and feedback so they're able to reach their business goals. She is also a member of the plant Safety Committee and is committed to helping her work site be an injury free workplace for everyone. She has made herself a valuable resource not only to the associates but to the plant's core employees as well.
