Rebecca Seaman

 

Rebecca joined Express Staff Management in 2010 and currently helps manage a workforce of up to 200 temporary associates in an outbound customer service center. Luckily, Rebecca's background in the diverse areas of Training Management, Incident Response Communication, and Project Management bode well for the multitude of scenarios she can meet on a day to day basis. Rebecca has a passion for helping others succeed and expand their horizons through training and education. She believes that any employee can flourish and grow in their environment with the right training and instructor. She is talented in speaking to each learning style. Before joining the ESM team, she managed the corporate university and employee wellness program at a local nonprofit organization.

 

Rebecca received her bachelor's degree in Psychology from LaRoche College in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She credits her education and the lasting relationships with several professors/mentors with her success, and is inspired to build a career by helping others.

 

She and her husband moved to the Portland area in 2007 and have been delighted to make this their permanent home. In their free time, they enjoy exploring the area with their son, traveling and hiking.
